Processing Times
Orders require processing before shipment. Processing times are separate from the estimated shipping/transit time shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States.
• Standard Shipping: $8
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more
• Expedited Shipping: $15
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact Honi Haus as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you.
